Six Stops Down

Six Stops Down is a clothing brand I created as a little side project during college. I wanted to learn how to build a brand from the ground up and get it to the point where I was selling physical products. I decided to focus on my love of photography for the theme and lean into that both aesthetically and content wise. It was a super fun project and allowed me to learn a lot about creating brands people could relate with and grow to love.

The Project

I spent about two months building this and during that time I created the brand and designs, ordered samples to approve the actual production, created marketing and social media videos to promote it, set up a working site to order them through, and did product photography of all the items.

The Process

I wanted to create a clothing brand that wasn’t loud, but still allowed photographers and videographers to wear something that showed their identity. It needed to be bold and I wanted it to take inspiration from film aesthetics and less the modern “digital” look. In the end I created three different pieces, each with a slightly different message and meaning.

The Payoff

The work received a Gold ADDY award at the 2026 Central Minnesota Advertising Awards.
